Sourced from Central America and roasted to a measured medium profile, this coffee opens with notes of chocolate-covered almond and warm maple sweetness, followed by a subtle brightness of citrus that lifts the cup without disturbing its balance. The result is a rounded, inviting coffee; layered, reassuring, and deeply satisfying.

Offered in limited quantities, this lot reflects a more expressive side of Berg & Bean: familiar flavors rendered with care, precision, and restraint. Once this bag release is gone, it will not be repeated.
